In these sessions you will be guided through a visualization process to mine what’s within you. You will start writing spontaneously without a care about correctness. You will just write to prompts curated specially to meet your needs.

Let me take you through quiet botanic routes to immerse yourself in the life force behind every tree, branch, root or flower as you tread gently with respect and gratitude on the ground that the souls of your feet meet. The journey will continue to open your eyes to the ordinary that we often miss in the day to day.

I have organized a number of writing marathons in the past five years. I have taken my participants through various routes thoughtfully designed to stimulate writing. You will walk mindfully and pause at both pre-selected or self-selected points in your path…to pause and to saturate all your senses before you write. Surprise yourself with what you choose to write as you walk, pause and write…
